Colorful casual atmosphere, friendly service and great Mexican food! I'm particularly fond of the margaritas and Sylvia's special - an absolutely delicious pile of beans, beef, and toppings on a crispy torilla (you can have BOTH sour cream and guacamole on it and can ask them to hold the jalapenos if you don't want too much heat). I grew up across the river on Merritt Island and look forward to coming "home" to El Charro whenever I visit.

I really like the food at this restaurant--my only gripe is the chips and salsa--which is my favorite thing--so I only go once in a while.

Best Mexican and Cuban food in Central Florida. We have been going there for years and food is always wonderful! The service is friendly and fast and the food is outstanding.

excellent people who own-run it. The food has always been great for me and very nicely portioned...always more than PLENTY. The decor was typical but maybe now better the outside is lovely and fits nicely into historic cocoa village maragritas GOOD!

I personally thought the food was out of this world Im from El Paso Texas and that was the closest to home that Ive had. My family and I have had dinner in several of the local restaraunts in the area including the alamo (awful) not even decent ... El Charro had wonderful service awesome food and great prices. I think the best since we have been home. My family and I give it a 9.5
